Experiential Therapy refers to the use of modalities that enable a person to re-experience and view past and present relationships from a new body/mind perspective. This broader perspective promotes healing in the subconscious mind, the source of our emotional and mental blocks.

BIWEEKLY GROUPS are for people who want to take their individual therapy work to a deeper level. Groups typically meet every other week and employ experiential modalities and processes, including guided meditation, psychodrama, and breathwork.

WEEKEND RETREATS are held 2-3 times a year and focus on a relevant area of healing. Each weekend includes experiential modalities and other group processes designed to help participants apply the teachings to their everyday lives.

WORKSHOPS are usually 1- or 2-day classes focusing on various topics that provide tools for healing. These experiential workshops help participants practice what they are learning in a safe and fun environment.

INDIVIDUAL/COUPLES INTENSIVES are weeklong programs of focused therapy using a blend of cognitive/behavioral approaches and experiential modalities. Therapy intensives are ideal for out-of-town clients and those who want to quicken their progress.

Counseling centered on encouraging and empowering one to make desired changes in behavior and thought patterns.

COUPLES

Emphasis is placed on improving communication, dealing with conflict, and breaking blame-and-defend cycles.

HYPNOTHERAPY

Positive, healing suggestions combined with regressive work to facilitate profound healing.

BREATHWORK

Facilitates the release of negative energy attached to past trauma and helps with anxiety reduction.
