Contact Center

This email option is comparable to MATN’s most recent system, Constant Contact. Under this plan, emails are delivered once per day. Members may opt to receive messages from ALL categories or select specific subgroups of interest.

To access this option, please sign into the system with your username and password at http://www.matn.org/login.

Just above the picture or logo in your profile, you will see the My Profile drop-down menu. Please select Edit Profile to reveal the Contact Center list. (Those members at Levels 4, 5, and 6 who have full clinical profiles will need to scroll almost all the way down, as the Contact Center is the last list in a full clinical profile.)

The default setting is ALL. If you prefer to filter by category, please un-check ALL, select the subgroups of interest, and click SAVE at the bottom of the page.

NOTE: The E-Lists & Contact Center are not mutually exclusive options. For example, a given member may choose to receive Contact Center emails in 12 different categories and subscribe to four of seven e-lists. PLEASE SELECT WHAT WORKS FOR YOU.
